Overview
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support development, enhancement, maintenance, and automation initiatives within the Human Resources Service Delivery platform. The role will focus on delivering high-quality HR solutions, supporting integrations, and enhancing employee experience capabilities
We are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately or within a 30-day notice period for this fully remote role

- Configure and develop HRSD functionality including:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Service Catalog
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Journeys
- Develop:
- Flow Designer workflows
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Script Includes
- Catalog Items
- Record Producers
Automation & Process Improvement
- Support HR process automation initiatives.
- Implement onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement workflows.
- Assist with Employee Center enhancements and self-service capabilities.
Integration Support
- Support integrations with:
- SuccessFactors
- Active Directory
- Payroll Systems
- Third-party HR applications
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations.
Testing & Support
- Participate in testing, deployment, and upgrade activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Document solutions pertaining to development and enhancement and provide a structured transition to support to the BAU Support teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated HRSD development experience.
- Experience with:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- JavaScript
- Experience working with HR business processes.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Exposure to SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent HR platforms.
- ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow CAD certifications.
- ServiceNow HRSD CIS certification preferred.
